BasementThe basement area of the Kress Plaza contains 4,405 square feet of area and is presently available for design and up-fit. Quoted square footage is calculated on a "net" useable square footage basis. The basement features a separate Bank Street side door entrance, in the front side area of the building, which leads down an original large staircase into the basement. Also, there is an original staircase and freight elevator at the rear of the basement. The freight elevator has a "dock door" to allow the loading and unloading of freight to and from the elevator at the rear of the building. The basement has the potential for multiple spaces, allowing for various floor plans and configurations, including planned mechanical systems for a variety of build out options.
