Each Kress condominium suite features a “state-of-the-art” integrated communication system for data and telephone connections. The system is composed of conduit piping from the service provider’s terminal on the outside of the building to a central “built-in” panel box in each condominium suite. This allows for “direct run” cabling (no splicing or connections) into each condominium suite. Exclusive CAT 5 cabling is provided in each system. System design allows for the best reception available from the service providers. This system is an exclusive feature of the Kress Plaza!
